Due to the success of the Hurst Academy, classes have been transferred to the Hurst Community Centre on Kings Road, Hurst.
This will allow all children the opportunity to perform on stage and meet new friends with similar interests.
An enjoyable and fun way to develop theatrcal skills with confidence.

Hurst Community Centre
The Civic Mayor of Tameside, Cllr.John Sullivan, officially opened Hurst Academy on Saturday, 12th September 2009.
The event was attended by a group of budding actors who enjoyed a free workshop given by the principal tutor, David Ambler.
David said “I was pleased at the number of children who attended and look forward to teaching the different age groups. I was grateful that the Mayor and Mayoress were able to attend and wish me luck.”
Classes now run every Saturday afternoon at Hurst Community Centre and enjoy a good attendance. 2-30pm to 4pm for Primary School age and from 2 until 4 for senior school.
New after school drama club now at St. Christophers RC Primary School for year 6.
